2wo was an English industrial metal band, formed by former Judas Priest lead singer Rob Halford as a side project (also known as Two), after the break-up of his first solo project, Fight.
Halford and guitarist John Lowery aka John 5 formed the group in 1996, and were signed to Trent Reznor's Nothing Records label. Reznor produced their sole output, Voyeurs, which sold poorly. Halford disbanded the group two years later. In 2007, Halford expressed interest in releasing the early demos from Voyeurs, which he has described as "tougher and edgier" compared to the final album.
Halford hired porn director Chi Chi Larue to direct the video for the first single, "I Am a Pig". This video featured grainy S&M scenes of the band and various porn stars, including a few brief glimpses of Janine Lindemulder, in a sex dungeon. It also incorporates some of the album's artwork into the concept. It was not widely shown because of its content, but was not banned.

2WO is the second album by Strange Advance released in early 1985. It featured two hit Canadian singles, "We Run" and "The Second That I Saw You". Along with their first album, this was a Canadian gold record for the band.
This recording features heavy use of keyboards and synthesizers including the Fairlight, Yamaha DX7, and Jupiter 8.
Recalling the inspiration behind the hit song "We Run", Drew Arnott said it was "One of those 'wake up sweating' dreams. I just described what I saw. The smallest things can be the most inspiring. Ed Shaw added a delay to a sound in "We Run" which made the whole track come alive for me. Major bow to Michael Kamen for the strings and Scott Litt (REM) for the mix."
One song written during the 2WO sessions but left off the record was "Lady with a Blade", which would later appear on the 1995 release Worlds Away & Back.
Tomas Mureika of allmusic calls 2WO "A seriously overlooked album".
All songs written and composed by Drew Arnott, except where noted.
