USER INFORMATION

To avail certain services on our mobile application, users are required to provide certain information for the registration process namely: - a) your name, b) email address, c) Mobile number, d) credit card or debit card details e) password/PIN etc . The Information as supplied by the users enables us to improve our services and provide you the most user-friendly experience. All required information is service dependent and we may use the above said user information to, maintain, protect, and improve its services (including advertising services) and for developing new services Such information will not be considered as sensitive if it is freely available and accessible in the public domain or is furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force. .

The Volttic app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features and it could mean that the Volttic app won't work properly or at all.

For using Volttic mobile app service we may request you to provide us certain information. We are using third party services which may use your information separately to identify you.

Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Tvesas Electric Solutions Pvt Ltd cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left.

In using the app, you're accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, Tvesas Electric Solutions Pvt Ltd cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged , if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to avail the Service, Tvesas Electric Solutions Pvt Ltd cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to Tvesas Electric Solutions Pvt Ltd's responsibility for your use of the app, when you're using the app, it's important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Tvesas Electric Solutions Pvt Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS
the requirements for both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Tvesas Electric Solutions Pvt Ltd does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device.
However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Volttic is focus on providing best class electric vehicle charging services for its customer. Happy & Satisfied customer is our business goal. In the event, if you face any issue with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read & follow the instruction provided before using the Volttic EV Charging Services. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations of advance booking EV Charging slots.  Customer can book the EV Charging slots for charging their Electric Vehicles with advance payment option for the chosen amount or time of charging.
Please note that for the book slots the chargers will be booked for you and not available for any other customer for using the charging.
So its important for Volttic to make sure the chargers are available for the customers who book the slots but same time Volttic get compensated for the loss for the no availability of the chargers for charging in case customer cancel the booking at last moment.
Customer can cancel the advance book slots up to 1 hours before the chosen book slots without any charges.
However they have been charge with following rates of cancellation chargers for booking canceled less than 1 hours prior to booking slots-
For 1 hours – 30 Minutes – 10 % of the booking amount.
For less than 30 Minutes -25 % of the booking amount.

Refund Policy

Volttic aim to provide Electric Vehicle charging services 24*7 to its customer to keep running their EVs.
In case of any issue faced with EV Charging services Volttic will refund the amount after evaluation the actual reason and customer reason for claiming the refund.
However Volttic will refund the amount of booking/charging in event of following cases-
1) EV Charger get out of service before start of charging then customer will be paid full refund on the amount transferred for the charging.
2) In case EV Charger get out of service during the charging then amount will be refunded after deducting the actual charging amount from total amount.
3) In Case customer not able to use the services due to internet/network issue at the Charging station then also customer will be refunded the amount of the advance booking slots.
