The Victims Portal

If you have a complaint about the services or information you receive from CSC or PBC, we encourage you to discuss the issue with your CSC and/or PBC Contact

If you have a complaint that you are unable to resolve at the informal level and you would like information on how to submit a formal complaint, visit the CSC Website or PBC Website or speak to your CSC and/or PBC Contact.

Are you interested in volunteering as a member on a Regional Victim Advisory Committee (RVAC)? The RVACs work collaboratively with the Correctional Service of Canada and the Parole Board of Canada to provide input and advice on current and existing service delivery, policy, communications and emerging issues for the organizations. Submit your interest or find out more here.
