If you are not a Unifi customer yet, subscribe to a Unifi Home plan.
Step 2
Login to Unifi Self Care or MyUnifi app with your Unifi account credentials.
Step 3
Navigate to Unifi Rewards banner from Self Care Dashboard or MyUnifi app home screen.
Step 4
Share your consent to become a member by ticking the checkbox.
Step 5
You will be placed into a tier, based on your subscription. Enjoy Unifi Rewards!

Previously, Unifi Rewards is a point-based program where all Unifi Rewards members will earn one (1) point for every Ringgit spent when paying their Unifi Home and Unifi Mobile (postpaid only) bills on time. The accumulated points can then be redeemed with exciting gifts and privileges.

Effective November 2023, Unifi Rewards has shifted from point- based program to tiering-based program.

Effective November 2023, Unifi Rewards has shifted from point- based program to tiering-based program.
Unifi customers who enrolled as Unifi Rewards member no longer need to accumulate points (when paying bills on time) that will expire. With the new Unifi Rewards, all members will enjoy benefits and privileges based on their tier eligibility.
There are four tiers in the Unifi Rewards Tiering Loyalty Program which are Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
Higher tiers get more benefits and privileges such as higher incentives in form of discounts, coupons, gift cards and even free items.
