Adobe Creative Cloud
There is a systemwide Adobe issue. This is not specific to UMBC. It is impacting multiple institutions and affecting both machine-based and user-based licensing. At this time, users should still have up to 7 days of grace-period access to Adobe applications, but full license restoration is required to ensure uninterrupted use beyond that period. We are working directly with Adobe and the USM procurement team to get the license reinstated as quickly as possible. We’ll send an update as soon as we have confirmation that services are fully restored
If you receive a message like this, rest assured your product will continue to work until our renewal is processed.
