My drive is to link and connect people and organizations to create social justice around the world. This has led me to live and work in Asia, Africa and Latin America, and work closely with change makers and organizations from many different cultures: from in-country start-ups to transformations of organizations, from global strategies to change management projects.

I have over 20 years of experience in strategy development and execution, transformation and change management, international business development, and, innovation in the social impact and corporate sector. I have worked for INGOs like Oxfam and SOS Children’s Villages as well as small community based organizations, and, I am currently a Director of the Resource Alliance.

A strong team builder and a leader with a participatory style, this has resulted in the successful execution of strategies and projects, co-created, co-owned and driven by all.
