Awarded Management Today’s 2022 ‘35 under 35, I am a strategic growth leader and pioneer of global sales strategy development, enablement, and consulting in successfully building predictable & scalable growth in B2B tech and tech enabled services.

Spearheading high-profile transformations across sales teams focusing on technology, people and process on a global scale, I design and deliver large-scale change to optimize technology and operations, strategic differentiation, team and leadership collaboration and new ways of working business wide.

I have more than 13 years of experience within sales and sales leadership, and spent eight years at one of the largest financial software companies in the world, Finastra, backed by Vista Equity Partners. There, I built and led the Inside Sales team and Sales Academy, successfully scaling a global team from three to 50, whilst creating a revenue generating engine of £3million annually.

As Founder and former CEO of a global training and consulting firm working with reputable organizations from start-up to scale-up, I have spoken at several global talk panels and main stage fireside talks around how investment made in training transforms raw talent into the application of skills to deliver consistent results. With a passion for using business to do good, I have a love of impactful partnerships and am an avid promoter for inclusion, diversity and visibility.
