We were tasked by the BBC to help develop the new BBC Radio player console which was being separated from iPlayer into it's own product. Radioplayer http://www.radioplayer.co.uk/ is a UK company that provides cross-station radio services and were also involved in the project. My role was as project lead where I helped define the scope and planning of the build. I also consulted on the user experience provided by the BBC teams and worked through numerous beta features to integrate new functionality into the project.

This was to coincide with the Olympics London 2012 and involved two different projects to tackle the user experience for the olympics and then the wider BBC sport site as a whole. I worked as part of the team within mN who were tasked with developing the user experience and design of the redeveloped BBC sport website for mobile devices. This was to coincide with the Olympics London 2012 and involved two different projects to tackle the user experience for the olympics and then the wider BBC sport site as a whole. My role involved pitch through to user experience lead contributing experience of mobile platforms and patterns that could be used to create compelling mobile experiences for sports fans. We worked in collaboration with the BBC UX&D department.

I was involved in helping gather requirements, IA and UX work, Wireframing, Prototyping for UX testing, Analysing and agreeing actions from user workshops and input into design stages from a ux perspective. The work also directly translated into the apps where top menus were reworked for native devices by the BBC. Build was completed in house at the BBC. Show less
