Insightful data on the UK video market from our friends at Enders Analysis that is consistent with our analysis. In 2030 52% of viewing will be via broadcast vs 58% in 2023. So a slow decline not a massive dropofff. While 60% of British <15s watch YouTube on TV every week (thanks to Evan Shapīro for that stat from #IBC2024 - validated by what happens here in the Firth household), the UK has an old population vs. the US for example with well-funded PSBs, and linear broadcast still has a strong foundation for years to come. Still, the need to innovate on cross-platform distribution of linear broadcast remains - we expect to see an increase in partnerships as broadcasters, content owners and platforms realise that together-is-better in a fragmented market. https://lnkd.in/e5Ez8RRj

Introducing Havas AI Shopping Feed Modifier Tool for Retailers… Speaking today at the Havas Commerce summit in Lisbon 🇵🇹on behalf of Havas Media UK and Havas Market UK 🇬🇧 show casing the work our amazing data team have produced (kudos Gareth Jones, Sourav Das and Laura Kell). Our Manchester team (hat tip to Lucy Barnes and James Parr) worked with Matalan and built a dedicated Havas hosted tool to create AI-written copy product descriptions for the Google Shopping data feed for men’s suits in the spring, and saw that search impressions increased by up to 16%. Fundamentaly this is exciting as it doesn’t also increase traffic but also fixes issues with product data than can depress conversion rate. By improving the conversion rate with this tech we can make the media deliver better ROI. This is what we mean when we talk about Connected Commerce at Havas Media Network/Havas Market.
