Spark Inside support a number of prisons around London - they supply coaches to work with young offenders with the aim of reducing re-offending.
As the coaching supervisor for Spark Inside I provide the coaches with the space to reflect on and develop their work, to connect with their fellow coaches and to ensure they have a confidential sounding board when their energy is affected by the work they do.
