    The legal sector is today facing an increased number of challenges as traditional operating practices are changing in line with technological developments and the need to be accessible anywhere, at any time and via any device.
    BDR attended the LegalEx 2016 expo to highlight how we are able to help legal professionals better manage their practices' communications activities, improve collaboration, increase customer satisfaction and improve their business efficiencies.

    The legal sector is today facing an increased number of challenges as traditional operating practices are changing in line with technological developments and the need to be accessible anywhere, at any time and via any device.
    BDR attended the LegalEx 2016 expo to highlight how we are able to help legal professionals better manage their practices' communications activities, improve collaboration, increase customer satisfaction and improve their business efficiencies.
    The two day event also saw us hold our first seminar 'Competing Through Communication'; demonstrating how a unified communications solution can provide cost savings through the implementation of business intelligent communications system.
    As part of our marketing strategy we target four key vertical markets, legal being one of them.

    As part of our marketing strategy we shall target four key vertical markets in 2016, hospitality being just one. To promote the BDR brand and showcase the solutions that we are able to implement into the hospitality industry, incorporated NRB2016 as the perfect channel through which we can engage directly with clients who may have an IT requirement (guest Wifi, network security, business telephony solutions) and enable us to converse directly with key decision makers.

    As part of our marketing strategy we shall target four key vertical markets in 2016, hospitality being just one. To promote the BDR brand and showcase the solutions that we are able to implement into the hospitality industry, incorporated NRB2016 as the perfect channel through which we can engage directly with clients who may have an IT requirement (guest Wifi, network security, business telephony solutions) and enable us to converse directly with key decision makers.

    Planning and implementation of all associated tasks necessary to the successful execution of an exhibition (as exhibitor);
    Event proposal (timeline, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, budgets etc) securing and booking venue/exibition space
    Ensure insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to by our staff
    Liaison with venue management, stand designers, contractors, hotels and equipment hire
    Prepare delegate packs
    Organise production of tickets, posters, catalogues and sales collateral, plus social media coverage pre event and on the day
    Handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
    Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event
    Post-event evaluation including data entry including measurement of ROI

  • Supporting Stratford 5k Fun Run

    Together with the Stratford Cancer & Eye Hospital Fundraising Manager I have been coordinating a charity 5k family fun day and fun run. To be held at the Stratford race course on Sunday May 8th the event is aimed at providing a fun event to the local community through which we are able to raise much needed funds towards the completion of the hospital. The event is open to 250 runners and shall incorporate; 5k fun run, family entertainment, food and drinks vendors to name but a few. All…

    Together with the Stratford Cancer & Eye Hospital Fundraising Manager I have been coordinating a charity 5k family fun day and fun run. To be held at the Stratford race course on Sunday May 8th the event is aimed at providing a fun event to the local community through which we are able to raise much needed funds towards the completion of the hospital. The event is open to 250 runners and shall incorporate; 5k fun run, family entertainment, food and drinks vendors to name but a few. All collateral required on the day; running shirts, race numbers, medals, goody bags, gantry and publicity is being sourced through crowd funding and donations in addition to a sponsorship package being made available for corporate opportunities.

    I enlisted the services of local design agency Chemical Code to manage the design and implementation of a new web platform. The existing platform is not sufficiently reflecting the dynamic, fun and innovative ethos of BDR. Together we created a site map, wire frame and design of the new platform that would reflect the fast and evolving world of IT, whilst being responsive across multiple devices as customers choose to engage with us online and/or remotely. The project is currently in it's…

    I enlisted the services of local design agency Chemical Code to manage the design and implementation of a new web platform. Together we created a site map, wire frame and design of the new platform that would reflect the fast and evolving world of IT, whilst being responsive across multiple devices as customers choose to engage with us online and/or remotely. The project is currently in it's second stage with the finished design being made available in the coming days. The projects third stage will be the population of the platform, culminating in its official launch later this year.

    I was tasked with producing two videos for BDR. A corporate video that would showcase our services and solutions to prospective customers and raise awareness of the BDR brand and what we stand for, in addition to a recruitment video that incorporated employee testimonials that could be used as both a recruitment tool and case study to highlight why BDR are employer of choice for our staff. Working with with J Motion, I created a brief, gave direction and managed edits to ensure we achieved the…

    I was tasked with producing two videos for BDR.     As part of the marketing mix we target several high caliber industry awards as we look to increase our brand recognition. The Comms Dealer Sales & Marketing Awards are one of two events that attract entrants from some of the UK's largest and well know IT & telecommunications providers.
    The entry I was tasked with composing comprised a case study surrounding a telesales campaign BDR had conducted, touched upon the GP we had achieved in addition to ongoing revenue we shall achieve as a result.

    I was tasked with securing an industry award at the Comms National Award 2015 and composed a fitting case study and entry, supported by a recent solution that we had implemented for a not for profit organisation through which BDR were able to provide significant cost savings.

    The entry was well received and BDR were awarded a place in the finals.

    On the night we were unfortunately not successful in acquiring a winners trophy for our applicable categories; Best SME Contact Centre…
