How can you effectively communicate with leads who are unresponsive?
Personalization can be an incredibly subjective, personalised could mean doing some research on a prospect from their LinkedIn profile and referencing something about it like previous role, location, skills, mutual connections, yes this does show the prospect you have taken time to research them but it’s not necessarily providing them with any value. Think of other areas that could be relevant for that prospect, they are hiring, they just closed some funding, employee growth, what tech they use, a recent hire, what are some of the problems that you as a subject matter expert see go alongside these. A prospect is more likely to respond if you can help them with a real and current pain versus making a reference to their college.

How can you effectively communicate with leads who are unresponsive?
I’ve managed over 200 AE’s and 50+ SDRs typically when a prospect becomes unresponsive it’s because they have either: 1. Chosen another solution 2. Were never really interested in the first place If they have chosen another solution but haven’t let you know you can send a polite walk away email, something along the lines of “ Hey Prospect, haven’t heard from you so assuming something came up or priorities changed, maybe sync at some point later in the year?” The other scenario is that they were probably not interested in your solution in the first place, they didn’t have the pain or desire to change, you may have just been too eager and they were polite to start with, they are not really a prospect until you qualify pain.
