Whoever is managed by or works with Emma is extremely lucky, as her passion and desire to be successful in her role shines through in all her decisions. “From joining Tipalti in 2022 as an SDR, to fast forwarding almost two years as a more senior/tenured SDR working underneath Emma, she has not only been a great friend but also an extremely supportive, encouraging and kind hearted individual who genuinely wants to get the best out of each individual in her team. Something that I really admired about Emma as a manager was her ability to incorporate FUN into the day to day life of the SDRs in her team. She understood that the sales development role was very much a rollercoaster with high peaks and low troughs and the main way to stay neutral was to control the controllables and find ways to thoroughly find the funny side in all aspects of the role.
