It's World Mental Health Day! A day to thank everyone that has supported us and enabled over 500 local people this year to access the waters with us and improve their mental health. Many never thought this would be possible as they are wheelchair users. To be able to offer accessible boating has added so much to so many lives - creating an activity that the whole family can enjoy together undoubtedly helping mental health. But it is increasingly hard for many to financially afford - especially the young and deprived - this is where your donations can really help us and the lives of those that use our services. Today we hosted some trips organised by Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association Exeter. One of our visitors was James Ashton who funded our boat. A poignant moment to meet James again and talk to others who are living with MND. We enjoyed smiles + sea spray and created some special memories ❤️ .
