    Guess what? It's that time of the year again! The final quarter of the year, and we're here to spill the beans. You ready? 📈 1. Set Clear Objectives: Start by defining your Q4 goals. Are you looking to increase sales, increase awareness, expand product lines, or improve customer satisfaction? Be specific and break them down into actionable steps. Microsoft Planner or Trello anyone? 🔍 2. Listings: You know those product listings? Make them shine brighter than a unicorn's horn! Sprinkle keywords, add photos that dazzle, and craft descriptions that hypnotise. Use tools such as Helium 10 to measure the impact on your organic rankings. 💼 3. Inventory Management: Avoid the drama of stock-outs and inventory mishaps by closely monitoring your inventory. Consider FBA for smoother operations, but don’t drop the ball on that all important IPI score! Did you know if you navigate to your IPI Score and click on Capacity Monitor you can see your clients’ storage limit for up to two months! Maintaining enough inventory to cover 30-60 days of expected sales and increasing sales by keeping popular items in stock will all positively affect your IPI score! A good IPI has a massive impact on you as a seller! No pesky additional storage fees, eligibility to receive benefits e.g. free storage, free removals and larger storage limits.     How to Crush Black Friday & Cyber Monday 🚨Spoiler alert🚨 This post does not include reference to a single magical deal, keyword or image that will transform your fortunes and get your products in the baskets of deal hungry shoppers. Instead, those that succeed will have been building towards these deal events for months and will have their best-selling products in stock, optimised for conversions and have plenty of reviews with >4* average ratings. For those sellers & vendors and while it may seem obvious, BFCM should not been viewed as a big profit-making opportunity. What it does represent however is likely the best opportunity to reach a huge audience of customers and therefore acquire new customers. Every effort should be made to appeal to these customers 👨👩👧👦 So how do you do it: 🚚Don’t run out of stock! There is just enough time to get stock into an Amazon FC and deals will drive demand, so focus on these products. Do however check your typical sell-through rate to avoid unnecessary FBA storage fees following Cyber Monday. FBA beats fulfilling yourselves, where possible, since prime shoppers trust prime, they love their next day deliveries and are pickier than ever at this time of year. ✂️Deals: Calculate the biggest deal % to drive break-even. Next, consider what competitors have done in previous deal periods. Hint: a 10% off is unlikely to get customers overly excited.. Consider being loss making and consider the deal as a cost to acquire customers that will then have a significantly larger lifetime value (the viability of this will depend on the nature of your product catalogue). PS if you are considering this now, then its too late for the best deals, but a prime exclusive is better than nothing! 🙋♂️Be Seen: Deals give visibility but don’t rely it unless you are in selling a Kindle or Alexa device this deal season.. So be aggressive with PPC, to strive for page 1 visibility on relevant keywords & competitor detail pages and consider audience targeting to reach deal hungry shoppers on and off of Amazon. Get the above things right and Black Friday Cyber Monday will be a success, so what’s next.. 👇 Re-engage Shoppers ❗❗❗ There is little to no point in acquiring new customers if they do not become repeat shoppers. Offer subscribe & save vouchers, repeat order vouchers and be sure to re-target customers that have purchased during the deal event, with the same and similar products from your catalogue. Ensure the creatives are aimed at driving repeat purchases. Customer lifetime value (CLV) is a grossly under-utilised statistic, due to often a lack of awareness or an inability to calculate it accurately. BFCM is a gift to get your Amazon flywheel turning and drive that CLV, so this year, why not let BFCM be the gift that keeps on giving🎁 #amazonagency #BlackFriday #CyberMonday
