🌟 What a week for team North America! 🌟 1️⃣ Justin Sparks, VP of Business Development, took the stage at Dataxis' Retail Media Days New York alongside Ben Weisel (DICK'S Sporting Goods), Michael J. Krans (Macy's) and Alicia Esposito (Retail TouchPoints), where he shared a variety of insights as part of a panel unpacking retail media attribution. 2️⃣ Amber Roberts, Partnership Director, flew solo in Illinois at the Path to Purchase Institute's P2PI Live, where she presented "20 Lessons to Succeed in a Fragmented Retail Media Landscape." 3️⃣ Sean Crawford, Managing Director, flew across the pond for the first-ever Ascendant Network RMN Europe Boot Camp in London, put on in association with SMG. Having attended a number of the Ascendant Network Americas Retail Media Bootcamps, I jumped at the chance for SMG to partner with Susan MacDermid, Karen Kirkwood, Brad Berens, Ph.D. and their wider team to help launch the inaugural European Retail Media Bootcamp. Why? Over the past few days we have seen Retail Media leaders from Germany, Turkey, the Netherlands and the Americas alongside the UK all come together to accelerate the industries growth potential through shared learning and a raw honest candor you often don't come across at other industry events. The fascinating insights from the stage sessions, roundtables and 'water cooler' moments have left me with a longer to do list than when I arrived, but for me, that's a sign of time well spent. From creating a truly connected omnichannel RMN to how to better your retailer organizational structure to a relentless focus on ensuring retail media enhances and delivers for the end customer; we are all working together to accelerate the growth potential of this industry.
