🚨SkyShowtime Original News 🚨 Production is underway for SkyShowtime Original Series Shades (Matices)in collaboration with Secouya Studios and Stellarmedia. The series will be our second locally commissioned original in Spain and will star Maxi Iglesias, Enrique Arce, Hovik Keuchkerian, Juana Acosta, Fariba Sheikhan, Miriam Giovanelli, Eusebio Poncela, Raúl Prieto, Luis Tosar and Elsa Pataky. Shades (Matices) tells the story of a renowned and charismatic psychiatrist who gathers six of his patients together at a remote winery to complete their treatment with his famous method, which has achieved a very high cure rate among the most complex and difficult-to-manage patients. After an unusual ceremonial tasting, an unexpected turn of events occurs with a fateful ending. Following the arrival of an intuitive police lieutenant who takes over the case, the truth is uncovered about the patients’ traumas. 🚨SkyShowtime Original News 🚨     Today we released the thrilling first look teaser trailer for the highly anticipated SkyShowtime Original Series The Day of the Jackal, starring Eddie Redmayne, Lashana Lynch and Úrsula Corberó.    An unrivalled and highly elusive lone assassin, the Jackal, (Eddie Redmayne) makes his living carrying out hits for the highest fee. But following his latest kill, he meets his match in a tenacious British intelligence officer (Lashana Lynch) who starts to track down the Jackal in a thrilling cat-and-mouse chase across Europe, leaving destruction in its wake.  SkyShowtime Original Series The Day of the Jackal will be available to stream exclusively on the service from 6 December. Production has wrapped for SkyShowtime Original Series Śleboda - the first locally commissioned programming project in Central and Eastern Europe. During filming in the Podhale region, top-tier media were given an exclusive behind the scenes look at the series and we were able to complete interviews with lead cast Maria Dębska, Maciej Musiał and Piotr Pacek as well as Directors Michał Gazda and Bartosz Blaschke. Śleboda is an adaptation of the critically acclaimed crime novel of the same name, which revolves around a young anthropology doctor from Cracow (Maria Dębska) who flees to the mountains seeking self-discovery, only to stumble upon a dead body. She quickly becomes entangled in solving a murder mystery and finds herself crossing paths with Sebastian (Maciej Musiał), a shameless journalist on the hunt for a scoop, and Jędrek (Piotr Pacek), a local police officer, who she shared a teenage romance with. #śleboda #skyshowtimeoriginal

On Tuesday, SkyShowtime announced that the highly anticipated new original drama series Landman, starring Oscar winner Billy Bob Thornton, will premiere on the service on 20 November. Set in the proverbial boomtowns of West Texas, Landman is a modern-day tale of fortune seeking in the world of oil rigs. Based on the notable 11-part podcast “Boomtown,” the series is an upstairs/downstairs story of roughnecks and wildcat billionaires fueling a boom so big, it’s reshaping our climate, our economy and our geopolitics.  In addition to Thornton, the series stars Ali Larter (The Last Victim), Michelle Randolph (1923), Jacob Lofland (Joker 2), Kayla Wallace (When Calls the Heart), James Jordan (Yellowstone), Mark Collie (Nashville), Paulina Chávez (The Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia), and Demi Moore (Feud: Capote Vs.
