Building genuine relationships is not only the most important part of my job, but also my favourite. Supporting a candidates through a whole hiring process upto onboarding is always a journey (sometimes a very long one!). Making sure that people's questions, feelings, concerns are heard throughout is what always makes the difference to a candidate journey in my opinion. It always puts a smile on my face to see people thrive in opportunities at some pretty awesome firms, especially knowing that I played some part in that.
