Last week, we announced our new house charity - Diabetes UK. Our partnership with the charity goes much further than just fundraising. With two of our team members living with diabetes, we understand the importance of actively raising awareness and educating those with limited knowledge about the disease. Diet can have a significant impact on a diabetics life, it can influence blood glucose levels, energy levels and how an individual manages their diabetes, amongst a host of other factors. Over the past few weeks we have been collecting food donations from our team to donate to a local food bank. We feel it is necessary to give back to the community whilst still raising awareness about the disease. This way we can support individuals in food poverty who do not have access to substantial sources of food, which could be potentially life-saving. #DiabetesUK #Foodpoverty #Community #Legalrecruitment #Interlink
