8th Annual ICK Conference COMPLETE. This week in Lithuania, we have attended the Lithuanian Sport Forum, watched BC Žalgiris and been joined by youth sport experts from Leeds Beckett University Manchester United CoachSG SUNY Brockport Coaching Association of Canada Lithuanian University of Health Sciences UEFA Playmakers CEV - Confédération Européenne de Volleyball FULLGAZZ ACADEMY and RIUKKPA as a part of our conference hosted by Lithuanian Sports University - thanks to all attendees, contributors, and our partners Sport Ireland NOC*NSF Lithuanian Sports University FIBA Special Olympics International Council for Coaching Excellence and the Hungarian Coaches Association for putting kids first in youth sport!

We are extremely proud to play a role in the recruitment, training and mentoring of coaches across the Supernovas programme. Working with Anna Fedorchuk, Omar Yasser and their colleagues at InDrive is inspiring, and we are excited to see the images of the children having positive experiences of sport across the world

I am truly grateful for how far we have come in Supernovas. When we began our operations in Africa last September, we were active in 4 cities in Egypt (Assiut, Elminya, Kafr el-Sheikh, Kafr El-Zayat), 3 cities in Kenya (Mombasa, Kitale, Rusinga), and 2 cities in Ghana (Akim Oda and Elmina) with a dedicated team of 9 coaches and a total of 950 kids. Fast forward one year, and we have expanded significantly! We’ve opened 4 new cities in Egypt (Souhag, El Wadi El Gedid, Aswan, Luxor), 2 cities in Kenya (Kisumu, Eldoret), and launched 3 sections in our newly operating country, Morocco (Tetouan, Agadir, Tangier). This growth has allowed us to add 9 more coaches and welcome over 600 new kids into our programs. We now have a total of 18 coaches and 1,550 kids across Africa! I am incredibly thankful for this opportunity and proud of the impact we are making at Supernovas.
