We partnered with Nike to chat about periods with 400 young footballers! ⚽ The two-day event was hosted at none other than St George's Park (ofc we went into The Boot Room 👀) and saw grassroots football teams from all over the UK attend. Our Co-founder Susan C. Allen Augustin and our Doctor in Residence Natasha Ramsey, MD MPH hosted incredible workshops that dismantled period stigma in sport and inspired the young footballers to feel equipped and empowered about their period. 💪 People who menstruate and play football shouldn't feel self conscious or have to drop out of the game they love. The Here We Flo babes were delighted to partner with the amazing team at FEAST With Us for our summer volunteer days! FEAST's mission is to improve the nutrition, wellbeing, and health of people at risk of food insecurity. They work in partnership with charity and community partners across London to provide community meal services and healthy eating on a budget programmes in homeless hostels, mental health day centres, community centres and faith centres.
