As autumn creeps in we're sharing a dash of green outside London with 2 new fabulous acquisitions Haslams Estate Agents (including Michael Hardy Sales & Letting) and Imagine Estate & Lettings Agents. Bringing both businesses into Foxtons reflects further strategic progress to acquire high quality, lettings focused businesses. We are welcoming colleagues from 6 new branches who will unlock growth opportunities in the areas surrounding Reading and Watford. While both already have excellent transport links to London, they will now also be served by the iconic Foxtons MINI. Our CEO, Guy Gittins, welcomed both business this morning by saying: "Our latest acquisitions add to our strong track record of identifying, acquiring, and integrating high quality lettings businesses to deliver attractive returns and are a key part of our strategy to deliver £25-30m adjusted operating profit in the medium term.
