This past week, the CSI Leasing France team donned gardening gloves instead of office wear, dedicating a day to harvest with Les Restos du Coeur at the Gally gardens. Our efforts yielded 690 kilos of fresh vegetables and apples, enough to support 150 needy families who will receive our donation through 20 Resto du Coeur distribution points. Restos du Coeur is a pivotal organization in France, combating poverty and social exclusion with a network of over 50,000 volunteers who distribute essential food supplies to those in need. A big thank you to our dedicated French team for making a difference! A few weeks ago, our French team had the incredible opportunity to work with the inspiring young people at the Second Chance Schools (E2C b- Ecole de la 2ème Chance) in Paris. These schools play a crucial role in supporting under-26s who have left the education system without a diploma or qualification, and helping them find a path to a meaningful career. For an entire day, CSI employees entered the classrooms not just as visitors, but as listeners, mentors, and learners. We shared experiences, offered guidance, and most importantly, listened to the students as they shared their aspirations and challenges. The warmth and resilience of the students was deeply inspiring and strengthened our commitment to empowering the communities we serve.
