Our trading update for the ten months ending 31 October 2024 confirms a strong performance with 7.7% organic sales growth, driven by the continued successful implementation of our strategy and accelerating sales growth. As a result, we have upgraded our 2024 sales guidance to a range of 7.25-8.0% and expect operating margin (at constant currency) to be at least 21.5%, surpassing our previous guidance of 21%. Our survey highlights this critical issue, with 96% of carers expressing a need for more time, resources, and education. That’s why we are committed to providing carers with the necessary tools and knowledge to empower them in their vital work.

We have donated $150,000 to the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) appeal in response to the humanitarian crisis in the Middle East. The devastation and innocent lives lost across the region, and all humanitarian suffering, is difficult to comprehend.
