A huge thanks to my dear, fierce, brilliant friend—the indomitable Louise Nicolson—and the whole team at Williams Nicolson for hosting an incredible event last night with a group of remarkable people to celebrate the launch of WOMEN MONEY POWER, and to ignite a conversation about gender, barriers, progress and hope. So much work still needs to be done, but I'm inspired by the courage, ambition, energy and optimism I witnessed. Onwards.

An incredible evening with Josie Cox celebrating her superb social history of economic equality, WOMEN MONEY POWER. Compelling and inspiring reading - I finished it in two sittings - highly, highly recommended. Thank you, Josie, for this vital work! Huge thanks also go to our home team Mary, phil, Ashia, William, Steffan, Lara and Lucy for hosting Williams Nicolson guests and to Maddy for organising the evening so brilliantly.

I am still reeling after an inspiring evening last night that I was fortunate enough to be invited to by the brilliant Louise Nicolson of Williams Nicolson. Louise was in conversation with financial journalist and broadcaster Josie Cox discussing her new book 'Women, Power, Money: The Rise and Fall of Economic Equality'.    Exploring the challenges that women have in the past, and still face today and what needs to change. It brings to life throughout US history wonderful examples of incredible women who have driven positive change against adversity.   I strongly recommend getting a copy of this book if you need a little reminder of what huge change can be achieved if we remain hopeful, brave, ambitious, and tenacious - and let's be honest we all need that boost from time to time!   #empowerment #equality
