Our team has kicked off Mental Health Awareness Week with a bang. We've been walking, running and cycling to support this year's theme: movement. At Callidus, we understand the connection between physical activity and mental wellbeing. That's why our team gets together each year to take part in Eleanor's Walk to honour a cherished colleague while promoting the power of exercise on both our bodies and minds. But we're not stopping here. This year, we're taking on our biggest Callidus Challenge yet. From May 13th to September 19th, 2024, we'll be pushing ourselves to cover 5475 miles; that's 15 years multiplied by 365 days to mark Callidus' 15th anniversary. We’re on a mission to reach our goal and raise funds for a worthy cause. Our chosen charity for this year’s challenge is Marie Curie, the UK’s leading end of life care charity. The course focuses on health and safety responsibilities for Company Directors, owners of SMEs, and Executive Directors responsible for health and safety strategy and management. The IOSH qualification is valid for three years and can be used to prove your capability, particularly when applying for CHAS and Construction Line accreditation.
