Really happy to share Water Village, the kitbash set I've been working on in collaboration with Jama Jurabaev and the fantastic team at BIG MEDIUM SMALL, as part of their Artist's Series. They gave me a huge amount of freedom to design these assets and provide art direction for this pack, and then pushed it to an extremely high quality with their texturing and shader work, character art and rigging, optimisation and much more! Water Village is based off vivid childhood memories of time spent on boats and various small islands around Hong Kong, mixed with my love for traditional materials and history. I used these various influences to determine the look for this pack. There are over 300 items and so many options using this set in Unreal- character clothing variation, convincing water and foliage and more. The BMS team is so skilled and I am super grateful for their hard work and individual contributions in bringing this vision to life.
