Check out Harry Monkhouse's method for tiering personas into 3 levels to know what research is required and what plays to be thinking about running 👇 1️⃣ Tier 1 These are your Decisions Makers & your Economic Buyers These tend to be C-Suite or holders of the budgets The messaging here is very personalised heavy but tends to be over a shorter period compared to tier 2 If you haven't got engagement in 3 weeks over all the 3 major channels then you are probably not likely to convert them You are much better getting them into a nurture cadence The message here should be more focused on the Above The Line challenges at the company level -- 2️⃣ Tier 2 - These are your champions and power uses of the solution These are people that are going to be using the solution or taking this solution to your Within Tier 2 I want to be focusing more on the person. These are the people that can get you in front on the Tier 1 persona The messaging now shifts to a blend of company and persona challenges This tends to mean you can bucket the persona challenges which allows you to scale this part of the research more I recommend figuring out the top 5 challenges each persona will most likely have Personalise in the first half of the cadence and bucket in the second half I would personally spend my most time here -- 3️⃣ Tier 3 - These are your beneficiaries or peers These tend to be people who would be impacted by your solution or using it as a secondary user A very untapped Tier of persona I use this tier to fact find so that I can help my messaging for Tier 1 & 2 Launch your 1 & 2, after this share your research with 3 To see if you are in the right areas of challenge I actually use a lot more closed questions here so the ask is a lot less and found reply rates are higher due to this Keep it short, sweet and low lift for them ⏰ Hear more from Harry Monkhouse on Thursday 18th September 12-1pm as he'll be joined with Chloe Crean, Senior AE at Learning Pool as they share their tips and tricks to level up your outreach and set yourself up for success 🙌 Secure your spot now: https://lnkd.in/eyR3YQX9 #outreachtips #webinar
