The Best of Bob Newhart.
I will watch “The Bob Newhart Show” episodes, even though towards the end of the series, it had started to become unwatchable.
“Newhart” wasn’t bad, but more than a bit repetitive with the whole, “This is my brother Daryl, and my other brother Daryl schtick.”. Tom Poston was good, Julia Duffy and Peter Scolari played pretty one dimensional unlikable characters.
Bob didn’t last long at all. That series wasn’t given much of a chance, given how much content Bob Newhart had givens CBS over the years.
Six seasons of “The Bob Newhart Show”, in the 70s.
Eight seasons of “Newhart” airing from 1982-1990.
“Bob” only had 33 episodes total, in the 90s.
They’re showing my favorite episode :Over the River and Thru the Woods” in this marathon that’s the good news the bad news is that they’re showing it at 4:30 on Sunday Morning UGH!!

Too bad both Hulu and Amazon Prime dropped the Bob Newhart Show from streaming recently. It is not available on any of the streaming services other than to purchase.
