General Information

Hennecartia omphalandra is a semideciduous tree with a narrow, dense, elongated crown; it can grow 4 - 10 metres tall. The cylindrical bole can be 25 - 35cm in diameter[].
The tree is sometimes harvested from the wild for local use of its low quality wood.
