feat(cloudbuild): update the api
#### cloudbuild:v1 The following keys were added: - schemas.BuildOptions.properties.automapSubstitutions.type (Total Keys: 1) - schemas.BuildStep.properties.automapSubstitutions.type (Total Keys: 1)
