She said, “He turned 2 and half years old and just got introduced to sweets. He was on jaggery and dates instead of sweets. He never had chocolates. We introduced dry fruits to him instead of chocolates. Whenever he asks for chocolates, we give him dry fruits. I know in future he will eat real chocolates, but I want to keep him as clean as possible. He never had bread or burger. He is daal, chawal and sabzi person.”

Juhi Parmar explaining good and bad touch to her daughter

Juhi said, “With age, I am telling her things, making her aware of things she should be careful about. Just as we explain a daughter, we should also explain similarly to a boy as well so that there are no mishappenings jo hamare aas paas ho rahe hai. She was about 5 or 6 when I told her about good touch and bad touch. I told her our mamma is the one, who is allowed to touch because her intentions are never wrong. I asked her how she would feel if someone else touch in a similar way. No matter, who is close to mamma, if your inner voice says it is wrong, it is wrong. I told her I trust her and if any moment she feels someone has wrongly touched her, she should come to me then and there.”

Debina shared that she has always let Lianna be self-sufficient with food. She shared, “I don’t think about food being wasted if the kids eat food by themselves. He said, “When the kids see puja being held at home, they will also have those beliefs. They will know that when you are in problem, have belief in God and things will be fine.” Debina added, “Both of us believe that it is necessary to be God-fearing. You will know where to fall back on – mummy, papa and God.”

Nisha Rawal wishing to end generational trauma with her son Kavish

I think I've already been pretty successful in ending it. I like to be aware of what's happening and how we can solve it. The way I have perceived the traumas that we're talking about and the way I have processed them in terms of my negative coping mechanisms, thankfully I didn't slip away. I came back, I realized it, I looked deeper, I read books, you, I spoke to people when I grew up then I met my therapist. And how is it that we can take active steps to break it? So I feel just the fact that you acknowledge that something like that has happened. I'm going to take things under control and I'm not going to let my life just flow in front of me.

Dipika had once shared in a vlog, “I wouldn’t be able to sleep with Ruhaan all night. I would wake up because I used to feed him. Then in the morning when he used to wake up, I wake up with him for 4-5 times in between. So mom takes him in the morning for 2 hours. Mom stays with him so that I can have 2 hours of carefree sleep. Otherwise you always have in your mind that the baby is waking up. Even if it is vlogging, or I am going to the parlour or beginning my weightloss journey, my mom has been a big support.”
