Virat Kohli's shoulder-bump to Sam Konstas in the Boxing Day Test at Melbourne further spiced up the ongoing Border Gavaskar Trophy, and the fans are keeping that face-off alive in the series-deciding fifth Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground, which began on Friday.
In a video posted by a user on microblogging social media platform 'X', a fan carrying a big Kohli poster is seen trying to grab the attention of Konstas, who was fielding right in front of him at the boundary.

What do you think about India's performance in the fifth Test against Australia so far?
Noting the cheers behind him, Konstas looked back in between deliveries and showed a thumbs-up sign to the fan and then urged the crowd in the stands to clap.
WATCH VIDEOTempers flared during the fourth Test in MCG when the 19-year-old Konstas, who was making his Test debut, roughed up Indian feathers with his attacking approach during his 65-ball 60 as an opener. It included hitting India's in-form bowling spearhead Jasprit Bumrah for a six behind the wicketkeeper with a scoop shot.
It visibly riled up Indian players and invited a strange reaction from Kohli, who bumped a shoulder into Konstas while walking past him. The situation was diffused by Konstas's opening partner Usman Khawaja who put an arm around Kohli to ease matters.
Kohli was later fined 20 percent of his match fee by match referee Andy Pycroft and received one demerit point for a Level 1 offence of the ICC Code of Conduct.
On the personal front, Kohli seemed to have regained his touch with a century (100 not out) in the second innings of the tour-opening Test in Perth, but has failed in the rest of his seven innings, which have produced just 84 more runs.
It includes Kohli's knock on Friday, in India's first innings of the Sydney Test, when the batting legend failed again and was dismissed for 17 by Scott Boland.
