With so many dishes set to crowd the Thanksgiving table, here’s a quick and delicious recipe for chocolate chip cookies, that you can make in your air-fryer! Here’s the recipe to the fresh-baked treats, that’s both healthy and delish.

Chocolate chip oatmeal cookies is a healthier twist on the classic homemade cookie. Your fitness freak friend, as well as your grandma, could enjoy this guilt-free dessert, and soak in the spirit of Thanksgiving.
- Rolled oats
- All-purpose flour
- Butter
- Sugar
- Brown sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla extract
- Instant vanilla pudding mix
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Chocolate chips
- Nuts (optional)
Preheat the air-fryer to 325°F (160°C) for about 3 minutes. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth (about five to seven minutes). Beat the eggs into the mixture until fully combined. Add vanilla extract and repeat.

In a separate bowl, whisk the rolled oats with all-purpose flour, instant vanilla pudding mix, baking soda, and salt. Pour the dry mixture into the wet mixture (creamed butter) to make the oatmeal cookie dough. Add the chocolate chips and the chopped nuts of your choice, to give a crunchy twist.
Scoop small portions of the dough and then roll them into balls. Use your palm or the back of a tumbler to flatten them slightly. Grease the baking sheet in the air-fryer basket, place the cookie dough, and space them. Air fry for about eight to 10 minutes until golden brown around the edges. Transfer them to a wire rack to cool. Serve warm and store the rest in an airtight container.
