Datta Power, SJVN inks PPA for 70 MW wind power

NEW DELHI : Datta Power Infra has signed a power purchase agreement with state-run SJVN Ltd for its 70-MW wind power project, boosting the latter’s WIND-1 initiative with the aim of attaining 600 MW wind power capacity.
“At Datta Power Infra, we are focused on expanding our renewable energy footprint, and this project aligns with our vision of building a 1-gigawatt pipeline in India. We look forward to leveraging our expertise and innovative solutions to drive impactful progress in the sector," a company statement quoted CEO Varchasvi Gagalas saying on Thursday.
