The Nandurbar constituency, where a sizeable section of the voters is from urban areas, registered the lowest turnout in the district with 65.54%.
This district registered a high turnout of over 70% in the Lok Sabha polls held earlier this year, and in the 2019 assembly polls, the turnout was over 66%. The Ahmednagar district stands a close second in the region, with the overall voting percentage of the district at 67.08%. There are 12 assembly constituencies in the district. The highest turnout was at Sangamner constituency with a turnout of 74.6%. The lowest turnout was registered at Shrigonda, which had a turnout figure of 55.48% at 10pm.

Nandurbar district collector Mitali Sethi said the administration undertook several initiatives to create awareness among the voters for over a month, even in remote parts of the district. "Moreover, the voters of the district are inclined to exercise their franchise whenever elections take place. The high turnout trend was witnessed in the previous elections too. And the voters in villages go to cast their votes together, which is so appreciable," said Sethi.

Nashik district poll authorities said after the final tally, the turnout figures would reach around 67%. "Constituencies in rural Nashik had a better turnout than the three urban constituencies in Nashik city. The voters from rural Nashik were more enthusiastic in casting their votes," said Nashik collector Jalaj Sharma.
Jalgaon district collector Ayush Prasad said he is confident that after the final tally, the total turnout in the 11 constituencies of the district will increase.
