Livingston began her legal career as a judicial law clerk to Judge Michael E. Loney of Anne Arundel County Circuit Court. She is a member of multiple sections of the Maryland State Bar Association, including Estates & Trusts, Property Law and Elder & Disability. Her professional affiliations include Wealth Counsel and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
