Nicole T. Livingston is a partner at McKenna Russo, focusing on estate planning, estate and trust administration and elder law with specialization in special needs and advanced tax planning.

Livingston began her legal career as a judicial law clerk to Judge Michael E. Loney of Anne Arundel County Circuit Court. She is a member of multiple sections of the Maryland State Bar Association, including Estates & Trusts, Property Law and Elder & Disability. Her professional affiliations include Wealth Counsel and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Having drafted thousands of estate plans for Maryland families, Livingston is known for her warm approach that provides comfort during stressful times. She is a member of Kappa Delta Pi and Phi Sigma Pi honor societies, and completed a student teaching practicum in London, England.
