Kora DeBeck, PhD, is a Professor in the School of Public Policy at Simon Fraser University and Research Scientist at the BC Centre on Substance Use. She is a Dorothy Killam Fellow and CIHR Applied Public Health Chair. DeBeck has been conducting research involving people who use drugs for over fifteen years and has published over 200 peer-reviewed studies in the area of substance use and drug policy.
