สรุปประเด็นสำคัญจากการบรรยายของคุณตรัยรัตน์ สุวรรณประทีป CEO ของ SCB TechX ในงาน Huawei Cloud Summit Thailand 2024 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Build an Agile and Reliable Cloud Foundation for Successful and Well-Governed Cloud Deployments at Scale.”   คุณตรัยรัตน์เริ่มต้นด้วยการเน้นถึงความสำคัญของการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรม Cloud ที่มีความปลอดภัย รวดเร็ว และมีความยืดหยุ่น การ adopt ใช้ Cloud ด้วย self-service พอร์ทัลของ cloud provider ต่างๆ แม้ว่าจะทำให้การดำเนินงานรวดเร็ว แต่บ่อยครั้งการโฟกัสที่ความเร็วอาจนำไปสู่การละเลยเรื่องของความปลอดภัยและความซับซ้อนในการขยายระบบ คุณตรัยรัตน์จึงเสนอแนวคิดในการสร้าง Landing Zone ที่ถูกต้องและปลอดภัย โดยเน้นที่การจัดการอย่างมีระบบ การประหยัดค่าใช้จ่าย ความเร็ว และการสร้างมาตรฐานเทคโนโลยี ที่สำคัญเมื่อองค์กรขยายระบบ จะไม่สูญเสียปัจจัยสำคัญเหล่านี้   นอกจากนี้ คุณตรัยรัตน์ยังได้อธิบายเกี่ยวกับการจัดแบ่งองค์กรออกเป็น 3 ประเภท ซึ่งแต่ละประเภทมีความซับซ้อนในการออกแบบ Landing Zone แตกต่างกัน:   1. Integrated Organization: องค์กรที่มีผลิตภัณฑ์และตลาดเดียว ซึ่งการออกแบบ Landing Zone จะค่อนข้างง่าย 2. Allied Organization: องค์กรที่มีหลายตลาดหรือหลายผลิตภัณฑ์ ซึ่งต้องมีการจัดการและการตัดสินใจเทคโนโลยีที่ซับซ้อนมากขึ้น 3. Holding หรือ Conglomerate: องค์กรที่มีการบริหารจัดการแยกส่วนสูง การออกแบบ Landing Zone จึงมักจะเป็นแบบที่แยกตัวจากกัน   ในกระบวนการออกแบบนั้น คุณตรัยรัตน์ได้เน้นถึงความสำคัญของการกำหนด Partition ซึ่งจะต้องพิจารณาถึงความปลอดภัยและการควบคุมการเข้าถึงข้อมูล โดยแบ่ง Partition ตามกลุ่มของแอปพลิเคชัน เช่น กลุ่มที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานสนับสนุนภายในและกลุ่มที่ติดต่อกับลูกค้า เพื่อป้องกันการกระจายผลกระทบเมื่อเกิดปัญหาในส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งของระบบ   นอกจากนี้ยังมีการพิจารณาการตั้งค่า Hub และ Spoke เพื่อกำหนดบริการที่ควรเป็น Global Service ที่บังคับใช้ทั่วทั้งองค์กร และ Local Service ที่สามารถปรับแต่งตามความต้องการเฉพาะได้ เช่น การจัดการเรื่องการเชื่อมต่อ WAN และระบบ Active Directory ที่ควรเป็น Global Service ในขณะที่ระบบ Monitoring อาจเป็น Local Service ที่สามารถปรับให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละชนิดของแอปพลิเคชันได้   สุดท้าย คุณตรัยรัตน์ได้สรุปว่าการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมของ Cloud ที่เหมาะสม ควรสามารถตอบโจทย์ด้านความเร็ว มาตรฐาน การควบคุม และความปลอดภัยได้ ซึ่งแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับ Landing Zone, Hub, และ Spoke ที่เขานำเสนอ สามารถช่วยองค์กรในการบรรลุเป้าหมายนี้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ   📌สำหรับผู้ที่สนใจบริการด้านการให้คำปรึกษาและออกแบบโครงสร้าง Landing Zone หรือการ build Hub และ Spoke สามารถติดต่อ SCB TechX ได้ค่ะ #SCBTechX #Huawei #HuaweiCloud #Cloud #CloudSolutions #CloudTechnology
