Beast Wars Reborn

Aboard an ancient flying temple, Hell Buzzsaw attended to his master Soundblaster as he manipulated Optimus Primal and Megatron for his own ends. After allowing the Cybertronians to run free in his vessel for a time, Soundblaster confronted them in person, speaking to them only through Hell Buzzsaw. The two rivals were informed that Soundblaster had chosen Megatron to be his successor in wielding enormous powers over space-time. Master of the Game

Megatron accepted taking on Soundblaster’s powers, and Hell Buzzsaw conveyed further details to the Predacon: to prove he was worthy of the power, Megatron first had to complete a rite of succession. The Zeonomicon was then released from Soundblaster’s body, and hidden away on an organic planet. Optimus Primal and Megatron were warped onto the planet's surface, while Soundblaster and Hell Buzzsaw stayed aboard the ship as it self-destructed. Planetfall
