ここのお店は、何度かテレビの寿司日本チャンピオンに親方がなってるんです。
私も親方とは、結構昔から面識がありたまにゴルフコンペなどで一緒になります。
昨日も久振りの花勘。
おとうしは、蝦蛄、牡蠣、塩辛でした。
そしていつも出てくる自家製たくわんにガリ。
穴子の稚魚とホタルイカの辛子酢味噌の和え物も美味いバランスセンスがある。
中トロを頼んだらカマトロを出してくれました。
ここのお店は、天然物なので凄いですよ。
あとづけにぎりも味がしみ込んでいて何巻でも食べれそうです。
そしてニシン、ニシンは、足がはやいのでなかなか生で出せる店は、少ないですね。
そしてボタン海老は、味噌をバーナーであぶって上にのせて出してくれたときは、何となく嬉しくなりました。
塩穴子に今旬の墨烏賊に寒ぶりのあぶりそして最後にお吸い物がのどぐろのお吸い物これがまた強烈でした。
お椀ごと蒸すらしいです。
これでは、味も香りも逃げないですね。
本当にここのお寿司屋は、最強でした。
