地元のお好み焼き屋さん。以前は広島式お好み焼き屋さんでしたが、所謂居抜きで経営が変わってこちらのお好み焼き屋さんになりました。変わってから暫く経ってますが、初訪問です。
ツレと伺ったのは金曜の20時。前のお店と鉄板やテーブルなどはそのままのようです。10席弱のカウンター席も4,5卓あるテーブル席も半分くらいの入りです。テーブル席を薦められましたが、カウンター席に座りました。

お通しの里芋と烏賊の煮物は、味は濃すぎずやや甘めで美味かった。
ツレは梅水晶を食べたこと無く初めて食べたそうです。これ何?と言ってました。鮫の軟骨、気に入ってました。
みょうがサラダはみょうがが大量でなかなか美味。こりゃ良いね。
メンチカツは小振り。荒切りキャベツ、プチトマト、カラシとウスターソースの組み合わせ。キャベツが主役か?というくらいキャベツが多い。半分にカットされてますが肉汁もなくイマイチ。
とん平は私の知っているとん平とは違いました。豚バラと卵の下にまたキャベツ。ん?とん平にキャベツは要らないだろ。ソースは甘くマヨネーズも薄い。鉄板が目の前なのに火が入ってなくて、ご主人が焼いた後、アルミホイルの上に乗せて提供なので熱々でも無く、それがイマイチの一つの要因ですね。
最後にねぎ焼き。これもねぎ焼きっぽくない。私の知ってるねぎ焼きは生地にキャベツの代わりに葱が入り、醤油味です。こちらのは、お好み焼きの上に葱が乗り、ソース味。とん平とは違い丸い鉄板の上に乗って提供されました。ソースというか、タレが自分には合わないかな。
飲物は、神泡のザ・プレミアム・モルツ 生でスタートです。よくある細身のジョッキ。これ嫌いなんだよな、内容量が少なくてすぐ無くなるのでね。最近これを使ってる店が増えてるような気がします。2杯飲みました。
続いて、プレーンサワーにしました。こちらも細身のジョッキ。氷が大量に入りサワーは少量。これもあるあるですね。3杯も飲んじゃいました。
サクッと完食。お会計しました。何処のお好み焼きがベースなのか、神戸かな?そばメシ無かったけどな。もっと西の方かな?ご馳走様でした。
