予約の上、17時半頃来訪。カウンターに着席。予約時に8800円のお寿司10貫、料理10つの20品コースを注文してありました。

味噌汁とデザート(アイスと揚げオレオ)
土曜の夕方とあって、店内もひと通り埋まってますし、出前、持ち帰りが多かったようで、丁寧に、でもものすごい勢いで握ってらっしゃいました。その辺りの手仕事を見るのも楽しいし、色々と気を回して頂いて、会話も楽しみながら頂けました。
記念日あり、家族での夕食あり、会社帰りの会食ありと地域に根ざして多様な楽しみ方をされていたのが印象的でした。
20品も出て8800円はお安いと思いますし、それぞれのお寿司や料理のクオリティもよかったと感じました。
まぐろが得意ということで、その通り中トロもトロたくも大トロも葱鮪もおいしかったです。さくの状態のものも非常にきれいでした。
その他では蛤、うにく、穴子、金目も印象的でした。しめたてのひらめもよい食感でした。
料理もどれも素材の特徴を活かしており、酒の肴にぴったりでした。
あとたまご絶妙でした。
近くにこういうお店があるとよいと思いました。ごちそうさまでした。
