2024年の初め。いきなりの贅沢をしてしまった。
『BENJAMIN STEAKHOUSE 東京ガーデンテラス紀尾井町』を男4人で予約して訪問。他にお客さんはいない。私たちだけのために本日は営業しているのではなかろうか。まあ、そんな訳はなかろうが、貸し切り状態でディナースタート。
食べたいメニューはたくさんある。しかし、そんなにお腹のキャパシティーに自信がない。でも、次いつ来ることができるか分からないので、思い切って注文する。

ステーキなど写真で見てほしい。これでもか! って言うほど高級アメリカビーフを満喫。
途中で他のお客さんも多数来店。人気店のようだ。驚いたことに屋外テラス席を選んで食事する人もいる。真冬なのに大丈夫なのだろうか?
そう言えば海外に出張に行くと、冬でも屋内より外のテーブル席が人気だと気付く。世界的にはそっちが標準なのかもしれない。春になったら日本でも試してみたい。さすがに冬は私には無理。
それにしてもミディアムレアのステーキは旨い。黒毛和牛と違って脂肪が少ないので、たくさん食べてもあまり胃がもたれない。この肉なら一人1kgくらいは余裕で食べられそうな気がする。
いや、胃袋的には食べられるかもしれないが、お財布的に限界を超えるかも・・・
食べた、食べた。
1kgとは言わないが、これでもかというくらいの高級アメリカビーフを満喫。
暫く、ステーキは見なくてよい、笑
