入店すると"豆腐製造室"が目に入ってきます
毎日、職人が豆から作った手作り豆腐を楽しめる
店頭にはテイクアウトコーナーもあり
夜は豆腐にこだわった"豆腐居酒屋"
このスタイルが恵比寿で流行っていると聞き初訪問
予約をとって訪問しましたが、
店内は満席、既に大人気ですね
ヘルシーなので女性客や海外ゲストが多かったです
お酒と豆腐って合うのかな?
と思っていましたが、、、全然良い感じです!
