合わせて約300g(2人前)の薩摩黒牛は圧巻の佇まい
徳島から仕入れた野菜を中心に加賀野菜等、質に
こだわり厳選された野菜もたっぷりでバランス良し
基本的に店員さんが焼いてくれるので一安心
1枚目はお肉本来の味が楽しめる関西風でスタート
上質なお肉は焼ける香りが食欲を倍増してくれる
お肉の脂にくどさがなく濃厚でコク深い卵「濃紅」と
ほどよい甘さの割下は絶妙に絡みKO必至の美味しさ
