瓢箪山駅より旧外環をず~っと南へ。八尾に入る直前にこのお店はあります。
周りにはあまりお店がないんですが、どこからともなく沢山の人がこのお店に詰め掛けます。
最近は事前予約で近鉄線の瓢箪山駅と河内山本駅までは送迎サービスもされているようです♪
以前はファミリー酒房で鉄板焼きお好み焼きを中心としたお店だったのですが、リニューアル。
瓢箪山の鑑定(天楽館)の先生が命名し、「旬鮮味きらく」(しゅんせんみ きらく)となりました。
その名の通り、旬の新鮮なこだわり食材を匠の技で調理し、どの料理も味付け抜群。
オーナー自らいろんな処に出向き勉強し、自分の感性で料理を生み出されているのですが、素晴らしい感覚の持ち主でメニューも自然と増えてきたようです。
刺身も甘味のあるたまり醤油につければ素材の旨味を引き出して最高のうまさ。ソース濃厚なお好み焼きも鉄板にのってアツアツの状態で最後まで食べれて◎。河内の人のクチに合う味つけなんでしょうね☆
リニューアルし店内は掘りごたつの座敷のほか、テーブルもありますが常連さんはカウンターに座り、鉄板越しにスタッフさんとの会話も楽しみながら食事していました。
メニューも豊富なのも”きらく”さんの魅力で、新鮮な日替わりのお造りをはじめ、1975年の創業以来の付き合いのある精肉卸店から入る上質のお肉や焼鳥、鉄板料理まで旨いもんが揃っています♪
私のパートナーはお好み焼きが好物なんですが満足♪モダン焼きに使用する麺もモッチモチで、ソースも専門店に勝るとも劣らないブレンドソースを使用。食べ応えあります^^
私は和食も好きで造りと日本酒の組み合わせがいいんですが、パートナーは魚介が苦手なので鉄板料理中心。
こんな感じで好みがバラバラでも仲良く食事が楽しめるのがいいんです♪
日本酒も獺祭であろうが、十四代であろうが500円均一という太っ腹価格も魅力。
価格設定もリーズナブルで、安心して食事を楽しめるお店だと思います♪
