当日、予約なしで訪問
開店とほぼ同時で早目なので、比較的空いていました
店の前には、空席があるかの看板があるので、わかりやすいです
愛媛出身の大将と大阪出身の奥さん2名で切り盛りするお店
愛媛の姫っこ地鶏が中心で、高知の炭を使っているとのこと
オープン当初は、ブロイラーのみだったそうだが、愛媛を広めたいという想いで半年後に地鶏に変更し、価格設定を変更した
身は全体的に大きめで、食べ応えがあります
味付けのバランスは良いです
〆に焼きおにぎりを頼んでいる人が多く、食べてみたいと思いました
大きさは通常の倍ぐらいあり、ミニで通常サイズの見た目でした
