森ノ宮にある 海力さんにお邪魔しました。
日曜の昼間、たまたま雑誌で見かけて電話したところ
今晩空いてるとのことで伺いました。
到着して表構えを見て あれ?ここか?と思う程鮨屋らしくない
居酒屋か?と思うような雰囲気でしたが、いざ入店
意外と客層は若い人が多いことに驚き
俺ら若いときは鮨屋のカウンターなんて敷居が高かったけどな~
今の人は凄いなと思いながら 生ビール小を注文
さて注文ですが、いつも鮨屋ではアテをつまんでから握りへという
流れなので今回もアテを頂くことにして
新子と煮だこをチョイス
新子の写真はありませんが、関西ではあまりなじみがないので
美味しさの基準がわからないのでコメントは出来ません。
煮だこは柔らかくて味もちょうどいい感じでした。
この辺で気づきました、ここは握り鮨を頂く店だと・・・
さっそく握りをお任せでお願いしました。
・明石の水ダコ これは絶品でした もちもちして蛸の甘味が良い
・吸盤の醤油焼き これだけで食べたのは初めてでした 案外いける
・明石の活穴子 これも絶品 穴子舐めてましたわ・・・
・桜肉の雲丹のせ これは それぞれ別々に出して欲しかったです 両方
美味しいから味が消されてるというか喧嘩してる感じ
この後のお鮨もどれも美味しかったです。
・鰻の白焼き 焼き目がパリッとしてて最高
・縞鯵の漬けはちょっとつかりすぎかも 醤油辛かった
・いしかげ貝 これは初めて聞く貝ですが 貝あまり好きではないので なしでいいかな
私の感想では注文は お任せ握りコース(全部で20貫)これでいいと思います
