コスパはなかなかです。
シャリは赤酢で
妙高の寿司専用米とコシヒカリの
ブレンドのような事言ってました。
硬めでしっかり味のするシャリ
ネタは熟成させたりして
旨味を引き出してました。

甘エビくらいまでは
ちょっとシャリ
の主張が強く感じましたが
車海老からは

メニューに無いものが多数あるようです。
新潟の素材や地酒もあるので
観光客にも良さそうです。
